Documents may be attached in the normal way to email sent to any of the above recipients. Our preferred word processing system is Microsoft Word or Corel Word Perfect for Windows.

Electronic interception of email and attached files is rare. However, please note that security cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, you may wish to use other means for highly confidential documents. We hope to have a public-key encryption system operational in the near future.
